By using Wandly, you agree to convert files solely for legal purposes. The service is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. We limit file size to 20MB and enforce automatic file expiration to ensure equal resource access for all users.

By accessing or using Wandly, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use our tool.

2. Fair Usage Policy

To ensure our $0-cost system remains stable and open to everyone around the world, we enforce strict usage parameters:

  • Size Limit: Files must not exceed 20MB per conversion.
  • Format Limit: You may only upload supported extensions: Word (doc, docx), Excel (xls, xlsx), PowerPoint (ppt, pptx), Images (jpg, png, webp), and PDFs.
  • Prohibited Types: Executables, scripts, HTML files, and macro-enabled office files are strictly blocked by our API gateway.

3. Acceptable Use & Content Ownership

You retain full ownership, intellectual property rights, and copyright of any file you upload. Wandly does not claim any rights to your documents. You represent and warrant that:

  • You possess all necessary rights and legal permissions to convert the uploaded document.
  • Your files do not contain malware, viruses, trojans, or scripts intended to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our system or servers.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Wandly makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the merchantability, accuracy of document compiling, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for any file data loss or conversion errors.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Wandly or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this web tool.
